Sinopsis :
Should We Kiss First bercerita tentang kehidupan cinta empat orang dewasa setengah baya, yang telah kehilangan kepercayaan pada cinta mereka. Son Moo Han (Kam Woo Sung) bekerja sebagai managing director sebuah perusahaan periklanan. Sementara itu, Ahn Soon Jin (Kim Sun Ah) kehilangan putrinya secara tidak terduga dan dia bekerja sebagai pramugari. Eun Kyung Soo (Oh Ji Ho) adalah mantan suami Ahn Soon Jin dan isterinya yang baru adalah Baek Ji Min (Park Si Yeon).
Should We Kiss First adalah melodrama dengan cerita yang realistis tentang orang-orang dewasa yang punya masalah dalam percintaan. Pokoknya kisah cinta antara pria dan wanita di usia 40 tahunan ini dibuat senyata mungkin, diawali saat mereka merasa jatuh cinta setelah ciuman.
